I did like Boyzone but there's no need for them to come back at all... we have Westlife.

Why doesn't that make me feel better.

I quite like the lads in Boyzone (especially Keith, and the one who went off the rails a bit) I just really don't like Ronan's voice, its a bit bland and boring. And I hope its true about Keith returning to Corrie as Ciaran - he was one of my favourite characters. From that picture though ... it seems time has been kind only to Steve Gateley.

Ronan has today confirmed that all 5 members of Boyzone will reform for a live performance in aid of Children In Need charity. They will perform together for the first time on the show on the 16th of November.

At least they were better than Westlife, as at least they had personalities.

I don't even remember the dude on the right of that pic  Are we sure he was IN Boyzone?

that's an old photo of them, not a new one ;)

Suggy's picture is not a new one, that looks like one from 1998  The most recent pictures of all of them together was taken at Shane's wedding back in August and they were featured in OK magazine.

I was wondering why Steven still looked like a kid! Although I think he's one of those people who'll always look younger than their years. The others look rough - even if it was an early pic.

I quite like Boyzone (especially Keith) but I really think Ronan has a bland and boring voice. I think Steven was the best singer out of them.

I know it's an old pic, I was just commenting on how numpty looking they all were in it, it was Dinno's pic anyway.

I can't wait to be be back on stage with the lads again and I'm sure we'll find something fantastic to do on the show.

They all seem to think it will be a one off performance for charity - good luck to them I say.

Hopefully that's all it is & Louis doesn't have other ideas. :P

Well done to them for supporting CIN.

Let's just cut to the chase - is there anyone that DOESN'T want to reform?

Keating confirms Boyzone reunion

Monday, November 5 2007, 09:52 GMT

By Alex Fletcher - Digital Spy

Ronan Keating has confirmed that his '90s pop group Boyzone has reunited.

Keating will join with Shane Lynch, Mikey Graham, Stephen Gately and Keith Duffy to perform a medley of hits on Children In Need later this month.

The singer told The Sun: "After all the speculation, we are getting back together and we are very excited.

"We have been talking about it for a while now and decided to go out there on our own and have a go at it."

Talking about his future plans, he added: “At this stage all we have planned is to perform at Children In Need, and we are thinking about doing a tour. We haven’t got any plans to release a new album but we will see what happens."

“And we haven’t signed a record deal with anyone. We are just doing this thing on our own.

“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being back together with the lads, and even though there was some bad feeling about what has happened in the past, all that’s gone now.”

Boyzone had six number one hits between 1993 and 2000 and sold over 15 million albums.
