It was funny. J was being interviewed and then Shaggy comes over, grabs her by the waist from behind and gives her a peck on the cheek. She's rolling her eyes laughing and says "...bye Shaggy" and he walks off.

 

She's just saying how she's happy to be presenting, but really nervous.

 

Then the interviewer talks about her break up with Darren (at the time, obviously) and then she's like "wait, this isn't a tape to get dates" and then she laughs and says her goodbyes to the interviewer.
