I do believe that Jackson molested the kids, and paid them off.

 

But back in the day, he was one of the world's greatest entertainers, and he gave us memorable songs such as 'Thriller', 'Bad' & 'The Earth Song'.

ive grown up with his music (being slightly older then him), ive watched his career as it happend... i thought his best tracks were his earlier ones, 'aint no sunshine' is my fav. i cant say that his 'great hits' (thriller, bad etc) really did much for me.

As for 'slander' and 'libel' - oh please - let's check the facts here - Jackson paid off a family who were accusing him of molesting their son. Bear in mind this family were already high-flying socialites, a Beverley Hills dentist to the a-list, rambling properties and millions in the bank - these people would NOT bring their son into the spotlight for such a humiliating crime if they didn't KNOW the molestation had taken place. Jackson paid off this family in the region of TWENTY ONE MILLION DOLLARS. Jordy Chandler's father SAW JACKSON SLEEPING IN HIS SON'S BED - CUDDLING HIM LIKE A NORMAL COUPLE WOULD.

 

Would this not raise suspicions? Whilst, personally, no money on earth would prevent me bringing my child's molestor to justice (after I'd sliced his balls off)..... this money was accepted to prevent their suicidal teenage son from going through the utterly harrowing ordeal of giving evidence against Jackson in court - evidence that would be reported worldwide in every sickening detail, and evidence that would be dissected and ripped apart by eager defense lawyers desperate to clear Jackson and paint the boy to be a fantasist.

 

These 'pay-off' scenarios didn't happen once, didn't happen twice - they happened SEVERAL times during the 90s.

 

And whilst the Jordy Chandler molestation case remains unsolved and unresolved - Jackson REMAINS a suspected paedophile. As I stated before - he didn't 'win' the 2nd case either - the mother of the boy LOST the case for him. If this 2nd case was a load of old baloney concocted by money-hungry liars, there's no way it would have progressed for so long and so far down the legal route. Don't forget - it wasn't only the family who made claims against Jackson - it was his own staff who merely confirmed what the family were saying.

 

How can you explain the evidence of several airline staff who witnessed Jackson getting the boy drunk on a plane? You can be assured these airline staff wouldn't risk their positions by lying to a jury - why would they? The airline staff are vetted for any dubious activities before working on aeroplanes - they had nothing to gain but everything to lose by lying. Do you think getting a cancer-stricken child drunk is acceptable behaviour?

 

If Jackson was so innocent of this second abuse charge - WHY did his staff continually harass, threaten and intimidate the family? Even imprisoning them at Neverland at one point (another fact confirmed by Jackson staff). This evidence has been supported by many witnesses - in sworn legal statements. Also, every call the family made to the sheriff's office complaining of this intimidation was logged and are all available to read online - and each one was investigated and most were confirmed. Don't you think this scary intimidation is odd if Jackson didn't sexually assault this child? Don't these actions smack of someone desperate to keep the family quiet about something?

Well I doubt that would change anyones opinion here, becuase you choose to believe yet another negative cheap documentary that, if you watch again, doesnt give many sources whatsoever, just going of what supposed 'Insiders' that they interviewd, Tabloids, and News Programs, and clips, and interprate it in their own way. Yes, Michael made a mistake of paying them off, he shouldnt have done, but everyone makes mistakes :) He just watned to get on with his life, the trail could have lasted 7 years, he didnt want that, so he decided to move on.

 

This is something he made up for 2nd time round. Yet another family wanting money, this time Janet Arvizo, who now by the way is now in Jail for Abuse and Fraud :)

 

But As some of you have said, Evan Chandler caught those 2 'Together In Bed doing all sorts of things' this is UNTRUE this is actually the only program that has ever said this, yes there were sleepovers, but Michael never slept in the bed. He would sleep on the floor.

 

Although I do think Michael now releases that he cannot express his Innocent love for children the way he does, and has learnt hsi lesson, becuase eventhough he is doing nothing wrong, hes learnt how it can look to people.

 

Ive explained before how Michael didn;t have a childhood, and I dont think some of you understand the effects that can have on someone, having adults in his life adults that betray him. With children its all Innocent, they dont go behind his back or betray him, they just want fun, like he did, wanting to relive his childhood.

 

As for neverland, that is Michaels home. Not some 'Fly Trap' as it was referd to in that Documentary. He cant say go to a theme park or go to the movies, becuase he woudl get mobbed. So he builds it behind his gates.

 

He invites Ill children there for a free day out round the park wioth the parents there, he lets them enjoy themselves and have a good time. He is a good person who wants to help people.

 

And in result of being such a good person, He was taken advantage of by 2 Money hungry familes, whcih is a shame, becuase Michael Paid for all Gavin Arvizos cancer treatment, because the filth of a mum Janet could not pay for it herself. And then to do that to Michael. Its discusting.

Michael is not broke :lol: Michael Jackson cannot be broke, for a start hes worth over $1 Billion, and that was 2002, he makes money of absoloutly everything, hes like a money making machine.

 

And as for hiding away in Vegas :lol: Not true, Michael is not hiding, Michael Loves Vegas, he has a Floor at a hotel there, which hes had for years, and for now hes deciding to live there, Just trying to live as normal life as possible away for the Vultures I call the Paperazzi.
