October 27, 200717 yr Well albums haven't exactly been massive this year anyway... I think it's because of her genre tbh.
October 27, 200717 yr I'd expect a follow-up to Umbrella to be #1 or #3 at the lowest and #15 in the USA for her second single, is bad. You obviously need to do a bit of research :| In America (that big place across the Atlantic - it's a country), they have a Hot 100. Top 15 is bloody good! Also, a Top 5 hit is a massive hit over here, especially when you consider how long it was in the Top 10 and that Umbrella was still huge. Think before you speak :|
October 27, 200717 yr To be honest she's never been an album seller and her album is still pretty steady on the BB200 and it's not dropping like a brick. I think her UK tour will bring it back up over here too :D
November 3, 200717 yr You obviously need to do a bit of research :| In America (that big place across the Atlantic - it's a country), they have a Hot 100. Top 15 is bloody good! Also, a Top 5 hit is a massive hit over here, especially when you consider how long it was in the Top 10 and that Umbrella was still huge. Think before you speak :| It's her lowest second single from an album in that country!
November 3, 200717 yr I listened to her past albums on youtube because when they were released, I couldn't stand her at that time, but now I'm a fan and thought "If I liked the third, I should give the others a chance..." WRONG! Most of the songs sounded the same, and I'm not that into reggae music. Only "Music of the Sun" (the song) and that was it. If I'd been a fan from the beginning and bought those two, I wouldn't have put my faith in the third being good.
