They thought the comback of Britney ended after her performance at the VMA's, but in just four weeks, 'Gimme More' has already reached the golden status in the United States.

 

Sales:

First week: 179.290 copies

Second week: 157.913 copies

Third week: 114.408 copies

Fourth Week: 75.735 copies

 

Total: 527.34 copies sold

The album sales is where the money is right? Plus Rihanna's Umbrella was MASSIVE and the album not so much so hopefully it won't even matter.
