still waiting, Jark - you have some explaining to do ;) Accusations like that directly after my post because I didn't think your cover was worthy of any points (there's over 2o covers this week - I didn't feel yours was worthy - sorry and all that).... require an explanation.

 

If you believe there's underhand tricks going on and you make petulant staements like that - you need to explain them. I've been entering and voting in this game for far, far longer than yourself, Jark.... I don't 'do' tactical voting. As far as I'm aware, nobody else does, either.

 

For the record, your original cover would've got some points. The second one? Don't like it at all. Sorry to hurt your feelings. You're over-stepping the mark, Jark. Again. Making veiled accusations of cheating.

 

And I don't like it. One bit. A moderator like yourself - shouldn't be making accusations like that.

 

If you can't enter and participate within the long-held spirit of this game and feel the need to throw your toys out of the pram...... maybe this isn't the game for you?

I don't know about others but I have NEVER voted tactically...in fact most of the time I can't even remember who the covers were designed by anyway. If it looks as if the same people are finishing towards the top of the leaderboard most weeks perhaps thats because they are genuinely the best designers...some people are more skilled than others in this area. I have only very basic Photoshop skills and often use paint to design my covers

Tough decisions, some real standouts however!

At this stage the top 5 are in triple figures already :o the leader is catchable, if that person votes in time, poor me I should have went with my second choice, oh well, better luck next time :lol: I must say some excellent covers this week, and very hard to choose, the standard is set so high, as it seems everyone is voting for the top 13 covers so far, with 22 covers available to choose from.
