It has yet to take off at American radio and probably won't. So yes, it flopped. :( :P

I Love this song, prefer it to both Work & Like This. I Hope it doesnt do to baddly over here
  • 2 weeks later...

It was released digitally in the US in March and, hmm, didn't chart.

And as far as I can remember, never even appeared on the US iTunes top 100 (i check nearly every day...)

So yes, flop in the US, just like her last US single, Ghetto (which also failed to chart).

But I think it will be another top 20 (maybe top 10) hit for her in the UK, thanks to the cool remix :yahoo:

It's success in the UK won't be because of the remix - Radio 1, Radio 2 and Capital FM are all playing the original. Cover:

I love this song  The video is good too. Kelly + Travi are looking rather special i must say :P
They're both so gorgeous :o :kink:

I couldnt agree with you more.

I hope this makes at least top ten!

That cover doesn't really look like Kelly Rowland. This song is good. Quite summery.

I think that covers gorgeous.

This song should be a massive radio hit, it's so radio friendly & summery. It would be a crime if this isn't a big hit! :yahoo:

Wow, this is going to be a hit! :yahoo:

Hopefully it will be enough of a hit for the album to do well and for another single (Still In love with my ex, anyone?) to be released, at least in the UK and Europe.

Love this song, i've started to become quite fond of Kelly's music over the past year or so.
I didn't know whether to make a new topic and say this, but I heard that Kelly will be back in the UK on Wednesday and will be performing 'Daylight' on The National Lottery. It starts at 10.35pm on the BBC.

Thanks! :P But where did you find out about the lottery? I can't see any info on that anywhere, and no-one usually performs on the Wednesday show...

Anyway she is definitely doing these dates:

Paul O'Grady Show

Channel 4; Tuesday April 29 @ 5pm

Loose Women

ITV; Thursday May 1 @ 12:30pm

^_^
