Goodness, he is making progress.Mentioned without Natashas name in front of him!!!

I sometimes wonder whether D realises how much he is pushed into the shadow by N.

He has given up a lot for love. His career could probably have been more active if he had

been based this side of the pond, where he is known, with trips to L.A. to work with

the music people based there.

After all, Robbie couldn't crack America, and his career was well established. If D. had

stayed here perhaps his career would have been more firmly established.

This is just my opinion. Does anyone agree? Love versus success. Two different

kinds of happiness. Very difficult to combine sometimes. But will personal

fulfillment ever be achieved if one is swamped by the other.

Darius was already thinking of moving to LA before he was really involved with Natasha.

I've never heard this. How do you know?

At the time that D net N he was living in a £450 a week top floor flat with Jacqui Ainsley, with Sinead Quinn

living there also to share the expense. He was wanting to get on the property ladder and he and J were looking for a

place of their own in London. Then he met N and split from J.

I seem to remember they shared a town house and Sinead Quinn lived on the first floor while Darius had the top floor. They shared the public rooms on the ground floor. Jacqui did not live there although there were silly press articles which said she was always around because she was jealous of Sinead. I think that was in Fulham.

Darius's new open plan, almost loft style apartment in Chelsea, I believe, featured on one of the TV shows once. Timewise, it could well have been the one he bought when he and Jacqui were thinking of moving in together, which he presumably sold to buy the one he had late in 2004, which was apparently near Geri Halliwell's.

I am hoping its still in one peice..I dont like him living out there, if you're not sliding down the cliffs in a landslide, you're going up in flames..while awaiting the next earthquake

I think you'll find that most places have been around for many years. LA is a very big place. Bramley, if I didn't know it , I wouldn't waste my time typing it in.

Do you reckon that's why everyone lives life at such a fast pace in LA?

Constantly being super energetic and brimming with enthusiasm, concentrating on unimportant minutiae, escapism? yes, that's what I meant.
I think most people there are like most people here. Stuck in jobs they don't want or unable to find jobs when the do want them.
