He is so completely bland and IS NOT a great singer ffs at all. He has an ok voice, and thats about it. His voice is just like his performances - boring.

Rubbish. Dannii has out manouevered the other judges up to this week. But this week all three of her acts have duds for song choices. Funny how that suddenly happens in the week when she is the only one with three of her acts left. :rolleyes:

Niki - Because Of You Shockingly out of time, flat & out of tune. Utterly painful to listen to. On that performance alone she deserves to get the boot tonight. She is doing a Rosie Ribbons turning from brilliant to awful as the weeks have gone by. 1

 

Same Difference - I Don't Feel Like Dancing I feel sorry for SD as they are clearly born 30+ years too late. If this was the 1970s when wholesome cheesy schlock like Dawn, the New Seekers, Brotherhood Of Man, Guys & Dolls, etc was in the charts this would be great. Having said that, it was well choreographed, sung near perfectly in tune. 7

 

Andy - Chasing Cars He sung quite good tonight, but he looked ridiculous in that Aerosmith top & sounded ridiculous singing the Snow Patrol classic. He should have covered James Morrison - You Give Me Something instead. 4

 

Beverly - You're Beautiful That was what I call a Pina Collada performance. It belongs to hotel bars & criuse ships. Sung well but boringly bland. Maria did it better IMHO. 6

It's because they are the only ones to cover it in the 21st Century and have had success from it I think. Though Josh Groban did too.
