Posted November 9, 200717 yr This Monday's Australian Idol is set to be an unmissable night for lovers of Australian music, with performances from our own princess of pop Delta Goodrem and queen of soul Marcia Hines. Delta Goodrem with be on hand for the first ever TV performance of "Believe Again", the second single from her No.1 album Delta. Her previous single, "In This Life", became her eighth No.1 and amazing new songs looks certain to follow in Ms. Goodrem's amazing record of success. Also performing will be resident judge and diva Marcia Hines, who will show the remaining contestants how it's done when she belts out her version of R.E.M's "Everybody Hurts" from her new album Life. The album features a collection of Marcia's favourite life-affirming songs, including interpretations of songs from John Lennon, Mike + The Mechanics and Toni Braxton. And all of this is before we get to the night's main event – the departure of one of our Final 3. One of our favourites will go, missing the opportunity of a lifetime to perform at the Sydney Opera House as part of the competition.
