"Hands On Me" will be the second single to be taken from the multi-platinum recording artist Vanessa Carlton's Heroes & Thieves. The album is her first release since being signed to Irv Gotti's The Inc.

 

Carlton just headed out on a limited four-week promo tour. She plans to "shoot the video for the second single Hands on Me in December, then next year, I'll take the band out and do a bigger tour."
