Nelly Furtado in a new role

 

 

The canadian superstar Nelly Furtado is making plans for a career in the film industry.

 

After guest starring in an episode of CSI: NY Nelly Furtado's going to shoot a movie. The title and the director are still a secret and the partner of the singer will be an American actor nominated for an Oscar.

 

"It's great to be in front of the camera", said Furtado, who's still in the charts with her album Loose. She used to refuse to participate in TV series, but now: "I know that the TV is the most powerful media and I agreed to participate".

 

The episode with Nelly is called "Some Buried Bones". The singer played a thief - Eva Brand.

 

"I've never thought that the movie industry is so incredible. It's not the same as shooting a video".

 

The singer announced that the movie will be released before her new album. Nelly has recored some demos of new songs for the new album.

Oooooh! :o The movie sounds interesting, but meh all singers that act in Films, they usually flop. So i dont expect much :lol:
