I'm so happy that POM is still rising on iTunes even after being on the Hot 100 for over 10 weeks! :cheer: This definitely deserves a top 20 peak. It's also helping the album to rise on iTunes too. ^_^

I thought I'd give an update for a few countries.

 

POM is at #5 this week in New Zealand! :cheer: It's interesting because not many of her singles have peaked inside of the top 10 there. 'Gimme More' only peaked at #15!

 

In Australia, POM has moved up to #4 on the digital tracks chart and would clearly be high on the main singles chart. BUT, it hasn't charted yet probably due to the record company not giving permission to making it chart eligible. They might wait until this upcoming week or when it's released physically later this month. ^_^

 

Also, #19 in Finland, #9 in Denmark, and #43 in Switzerland. All of these chartings are based on downloads only.

POM has really been a success overall, has really helped the album alot as well. She should go ahead and release single #3 to radio by the first or second week of February.

I think it's still a bit early to release the next single as it hasn't been physically released in most countries, and it's still moving up on iTunes here! :lol: It's good though since albums sales will keep coming just from this 2nd single yet. ^_^

I would love for POM to make top 3 on iTunes as well! I wasn't even expecting it to move into the top 10 especially this late after its release. It's nice to see it finally gaining more in downloads when radio spins are just starting to fall. :lol:

I don't really think so. They could be just speculating especially since there's only a few stations playing BTI at the moment. Yes, there's more than one. :D There's no stations spinning 'Hot As Ice' yet so who knows... If Britney is saying 'Hot As Ice' is the new single then I'm guessing she's correct? :lol:

But X17 said it so it might not be true? I don't know. We will know when it is announced...POM has not even peaked/ or been released in alot of countries so I think it will be a solid week or two until the new single is announced.
