Posted November 14, 200717 yr according to HDD britney's blackout falls to #7 (wtf) and sales only, yes only, 82k... i am sorry but this is a mess...wtf even her greatest hits did over a 100,000 in sales for what like 4 weeks, this is just sad... me still love brit and btw, i went to target today to buy this "special edition" album and they didnt even have it, bast*rds, and no they were not sold out, the guy said they never got them i think we all need to buy the album again, lol tyler what we gonna do bout our girl, ha

November 14, 200717 yr Author i was just so shocked that it fell so fast and hard in america...i easily would have said 500k for the debut week and 200k for the second week but this is just plain sad....lets hope sales go up for this week b/c of it being the "real" release date, and lets hope with future singles she will storm back up the charts with great sales. the sad thing is everything about this album (except the music) sucks, really, the video, vma performance, her behavior, sales of her album, bb changing rules at last min, kids being taken away, i would have to shoot myself and get it over with, i wish brit would care that she still has us few fans. i am STILL PISSED that she did not have a thank you in the album book. i kno....rant - rave anyway, go brit
November 14, 200717 yr I think that this album will end up selling more once the oublic realizes that their is more then one good song on the whole album. Because when I let my friends hear they are surprised how every song is genius...After the third single I think people will be like, oh okay this is a really good album... Hopefully by that time she will have her stuff together and can do a little bit more then what she is doing now.

Yes but who/what's to say they will do very well? Very few 2nd, 3rd ect.. singles do as well as the first, so I highly doubt that the album will sell over 300K in a week again.

November 14, 200717 yr HDD was a bit off :P the official reported sales of Blackout for this week are 87,000 copies (5k more) still #7 and still bit disapointing if u ask me :)
November 14, 200717 yr Well, it's a bit better that must be with some sales from amazon or something. I think that if it doesn't start to pick up some consistency after the peak of the second single then I will consider it a disspaointment, but my original predictions were that it would sell a little bit over 250k in it's first week (and then I was swayed -_- :P ) but it is still doing ok, and only a couple albums this year have sold more then 370k in it's first two weeks, Britney has a negative image right now so you have to keep that in mind.
