nothing in that chart to interest me much... some tracks are ok... liked 'orinoco flow' at the time but not now.

the best imho was kim wilde 'never trust a stranger'...

Twist In My Sobriety is an excellent song, but 1988 was a bad year for me and I don't have many fond memories of much of the music and the charts from that year, and this chart seems to be one of the worst of the lot! That said, I bought that Milli Vanilli song, on 12"!

Acid Man by Jolly Roger was banned by the BBC and never got played on the top 40 countdown, or at least I can't remember hearing it get played.

4 (18) Need You Tonight - INXS...ok track

7 (4) Girl You Know It’s True – Milli Vanilli............. :puke2: :puke2: :puke2:

9 (6) She Makes My Day – Robert Palmer

10 (10) Real Gone Kid – Deacon Blue...quite liked this

14 (12) Let’s Stick Together – Bryan Ferry....re-release from 1976

15 (7) Kiss – Art Of Noise ft Tom Jones

20 (14) A Little Respect - Erasure

21 (37) Handle With Care – Travelling Wilburys

25 (21) Don’t Worry Be Happy – Bobby McFerrin   :lol

a poor chart all in all

4 (18) Need You Tonight - INXS...ok track

saw that on girls aloud perfect pop records countdown the other day, actually alright but not as good as the italio-punk-funk dance of i'm so crazy (just keep walking)
