Posted November 19, 200717 yr 9GjEWmyFSc0 What a tune! I was totally reminded of it when watching 'Twenty Four Hour Party People' earlier this year as it's playing in the background in the pub scene where Tony Wilson writes the Factory contract in his own blood. Even if they do all look a mite silly by today's fashion standards.
November 20, 200717 yr One of the first singles I bought! Still love it. http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa240/45cat/BlackfootSue.jpg Record companies didn't do many picture sleeves in those days, but some of them sure made up for it with the label and company sleeve designs! November 20, 200717 yr yep a good track, and good points for the more knowlegable in pop quizes (sorts out the cool dudes from the tasteless....lol)
November 20, 200717 yr Good song! This is one of those songs that I recognise but would never be able to guess the title or who it was by. There's quite a few songs from the 60s and early 70s that are like this - I recognise them, like them but never remember the title etc. From 1974 they are fewer as that was the year I began to follow music and the charts.
