Posted November 20, 200717 yr Madonna has cancelled Christmas and has refused to let her three children celebrate the Christian holiday, according to her husband Guy Ritchie. Ritchie revealed that Madonna, who is a follower of the Kabbalah faith, has banned the event for her 11-year-old daughter Lourdes, 7-year-old son Rocco and the couple's 2-year-old adopted son David Banda because she only celebrates Jewish holy days. Madonna's husband told BANG Showbiz: "We cancelled Christmas two years ago in our household. "Once we cancelled it we stopped all the presents, and once we stopped all the presents we started enjoying ourselves more." :unsure: If she was my mum ID HATE HER.

November 21, 200717 yr This is her decision. No one has the right to throw stones at her. Their are a lot of religions where Christmas is not a "red letter day". And people are still alive! :rofl: Of course this decision is really odd, but imagine who would care if I would ban my children from celebrating Christmas?! :lol: If Madonna does it, she's then automatically the worst mother in the world? :o I personally don't think so but her children should at least know what Christmas is.

November 21, 200717 yr I know plenty of people who don't celebrate Christmas, including Jehovah's witnesess! But i believe that Christ is the risen son of God so i gladly celebrate Christmas and take part in carol services in celebration of this birth.

As long as she doesn't cancel being a good & loving mother to her children!
