It is with great reluctance that we have come to a conclusion to close the registration of new countries in the BJSC until further notice. This is due to the sheer overparticipation in the contest, and as such, until we have determined a way to adequately control the participation rate without making the general odds of a song reaching the final less fair, we have decided to cease taking on new entrants. However, we must emphasise that this is only a temporary measure, and that the registration of new countries will be allowed once more within the next few months, with a newer, clearer, and more newbie-friendly thread being opened as and when we decide to reallow new entrants ^_^ Thank you for your attention.

This thread is being unpinned and locked as the BJSC mods plan to replace it with an updated resource in the near future. The registration of new countries is still however closed until further notice.
