I love Ashlee Simpson in general :o

He did used to have a REALLY good mixture of genres in his chart - he had Sugababes, Girls Aloud, Kylie, Kate Nash, Calvin Harris at #1. Then it all changed in December when he put the Foals at #1 and the only poppy thing he's had at #1 since is Fascination :( I blame myself for introducing him to Jake tbh, I think he's crushed most of the pop-love in him -_- But yeah, before BJ he loved Modest Mouse, White Stripes and all that - not THAT obscure, but he had a fairly indie-ish taste in music with pop. It's a pity, he had the perfect balance of the two :(
