oh my... i knoe most of those, especially the top 20... but i dont really like any except

 

the shadows.. and the best is max harris 'gurney slade', used on bbc's 'vision on' tv show..

Not many well known ones Brian, how can you say that! The Drifters are well played today, and the other day even my bus driver was whistling Strawberry Fair, singing singing Buttercups and Daisies!!!! By the way Brian, actually on the more publicised charts of the day, I LOVE YOU only got to number 2! The BBC and MELODY MAKER and NME had ITS NOW OR NEVER as the correct number one. I think you have put the Record Retailer chart of the wrong week, up there, you`ve posted the one dated 31st Dec, so it didn`t come out to Weds 27th Dec 1960!! :D
