I saw this and really enjoyed it. :o

The dog... -_-

What I wasn't totally understanding was who was moving those damn dummies? Did Neville move them? How very confusing...

Who was Neville? I think it was that head dark seeker, because he was seeking revenge after he took that girl specimen...

This was a really great movie, I think most of the reviews in here are pretty $h!t and whoever thinks '28 days later' is better, should be shot TBF.

Typical Texan, always quick to draw their guns ... :P

Well mate, you better line me up in your crosshairs as well, "I Am Legend" is a totally sh!t film compared to "28 Days Later", even though"28 Days..." goes off the rails a bit in the final half hour, it still puts across a much better feeling of dread, fear, apocalypse and a sense of loss than this floating Hollywood turd does... The acting from Cillian Murphy, Brendan Gleeson and Christopher Ecclestone is streets ahead of anything Will Smith can come up with too.... I'm sorry, but quoting vebatim a scene from "Shrek" was just utterly toe-curling..... And that female character was just a total waste of space too....

Just to borrow from yourself, anyone who thinks this film does a good job of adapting Richard Matheson's superb source novel deserves shooting..... :P

Who knows..? Who cares..? The excuse for a script certainly didn't see fit to really offer any real explanations for any of it tbh... The Dark Seekers were nothing more than mindless animals who acted merely on base instincts (a rather jarring contrast with the extremely intelligent, devious "vampire" characters of Matheson's novel) , I sincerely doubt they would've had the mental capacity to think up any such "mindgames"....

I'm from Georgia

Well, each to their own...'28 Days Later' was ALOT scarier, and it was a good movie...BUT, 'I am Legend' was very emotional, and that is where it was better to me.

The first Resident Evil movie was the best of the whole 'living dead' genre though, great movie.

have you been living under a rock or something?

I liked Resi 1, shame they made it go action in the second (and i pressume 3rd) as it was just boring.

yeah man your totally right, tho i wouldnt like to hear a Christopher Ecclestone version of Boom Boom Shake The Room  - so at least there is a reason for Will Smith

I wont be as extreme in my response as John/Optimus was, but to say that is a bit silly.... "Resident Evil" is a damn good adaption of a video game (probably the best one out there, not that this is saying much.....), but to say that it is somehow 'better' than George Romero's contributions, or, heck, even a few of these dodgy Italian zombie flicks ("The Beyond" is pretty superb, deffo the best example...) is kinda ludicrous...
