Anyone else a fan?

Saw them twice live. 6 months before Michael passed. Even shook his hand.

I went to their Live Baby Live Wembley Stadium gig. Michael Hutchence was a very charismatic performer.

Obviously they peaked with their blockbusting Kick album, but their Welcome To Wherever You Are is a grossly underrated album.

My favourite track of their's is:

INXS - Not Enough Time (1993)

Whilst their recent reformation with a new singer from a Reality talent competition (Rock Star: INXS) was not the disaster it could so easily have been.

Canadian J.D. Fortune is a decent singer who has helped keep the spirit of the band going & this track (written with lyrics by JD as a tribute to Michael) should have been huge:

INXS - Afterglow (2006)

I am jealous, what a show that must have been. I read that Michael did some x before singing stairs so he could really enjoy the experience.

There is a band called hand of fate. The lead singer was 95% Michael in sound and ability. he would have been the perfect choice than JD.

The reason I like INXS so much is I guess it brings me back to better times, the music makes me feel good.

Saw them support Queen at Wembley Stadium - really good. I liked the album before Kick the best with Falling Down the Mountain and Listen Like Thieves on it. Was it called Listen Like Thieves? My favourite track is The Gift I think from 93.

Yes my fave songs by them are

Disappear

Mistify

Good Times

Never Tear Us Apart

Thanks for the heads up tigerboy.

Hopefully, they will make it interesting and not a Hollywood "Sell Out".

Michael deserves better.

If done correctly, it should be interesting.

Many good stories to tell along with a solid soundtrack.

I think that I saw a few on ebay.

Good soundtrack: Rooms for the memory, golf course and green dragon.

Michael didn't do too bad as an actor either.

I think it's a top notch film. I do have it on VHS (and the soundtrack on vinyl!) but I would love to have a copy on DVD. I'll go and have a look.

How much do you want for the Vinyl?

There is a good market for that these days.
