Peak Position #02

Chart Run 24-16-14-12-07-06-04-03-02-05-12-17-27-32-34-40 [16 wks]

I am a bit suprised this made it so high on my chart but I guess I did love it at the time and again was one of my songs of the summer. One of the best things Eve's ever done as well wub.gif Shame it didn't do better in the real charts really! :(

#025 - Avril Lavigne - When You're Gone

http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/88697119262.JPG

Peak Position #03

Chart Run 19-13-05-03-03-05-11-18-23-28-33-35-37-39 [15 wks]

The second of three from Avril to appear on my chart and this was just AMAZING  Deffo one of her best ballads and best on her album so I was glad she decided to release it as a single, I still think it deserved better in the UK Singles Charts though.

Official Music Video

#024 - Rihanna (Feat. Ne*Yo) - Hate That I Love You

http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/1751369.JPG

Peak Position #01

Chart Run 26-20-13-08-07-04-03-01-03-04-08-12-22-25 [14 wks - Still On Chart]

The first of three from Rihanna to appear on my chart and my first #01 to apppear as well I think. I know alot of people didn't think this was a good single choice, and I was the same at first but I grew to love it so much and now I just adore it. It is a bit overplayed but it was the sex at the time.

#023 - Amerie - Take Control

The highest from Amerie to appear on my chart and I still don't understand why it flopped like it did, it was seriously addictive and so so so catchy. Easily just as good as ''One Thing'' I thought. Shame we won't hear much more from her I don't think. :(

#022 - Gwen Stefani - 4 In The Morning

Chart Run 26-18-16-15-11-06-02-02-02-06-08-17-20-30-36 [15 wks]

This was such an amazing song from Gwen I thought  Initially one of my faves from the album when I first bought it so I'm glad it got released as a single, didn't deserve to flop not nearly half as hard as it did. Poor Gwen. :(

f*** me I loved this, I know alot of people espesh from here didn't but I thought it was AMAZING tbh  Pop perfection I think, shame there isn't more music like this around really. :(

Official Music Video

Tambourine is mah jam! :o Such a great tune.

When You're Gone is nice - not spectacular though. I'm With You is a better Avril ballad IMO!

Rihanna was awful. I liked this when I first got the album but hated it by its release tbh

Amerie is one of the most underrated acts of 07 :( I so want her to do well, her songs are great, but I doubt she ever will...

Gwen is average.

Potential Breakup Song is indeed a very good pop song! ^_^

A good bunch. :D

We kick off the Top 20 with Kelis' only entry on my chart and oh my what a tune it is  I really feel I can relate to it and it's definetly one of Kelis' best I reckon. Deserved alot more in the UK singles chart I thought.

Chart Run 27-18-02-02-01-03-04-07-11-17-21-24 [12 wks - Still On Chart]

And here's something a bit more recent. I've always been a fan of Alicia and I was not disappointed when I heard this, I thought it was amazing, soulful and the 2nd best single she's ever bought out (the first being ''If I Aint Got You''). Amazing, well done Alicia.

This really is amazing and lyrically, one of Ciara's best ever! I still don't understand why it flopped like it did, I thought it was just as good if not better than her previous stuff. Still I loved it at the time

AMAZING. Was robbed of a decent position. Can't believe it didn't get Top 10 in the UK, it's seriously one of my fave Suga songs ever and I can't believe how underrated it is, my fave on the album as well! Oh and I think the video is amazing too.

My song of the summer  Was amazing even if it did have to grow on me, the video is what made me LOVE it I think and I'm glad it done so well for her. She's the best selling act on my chart as well unsuprisingly. :P

By far JoJo's best song ever. I'm still not bored of it even though I heard it in like Summer 2006 haha :P It's just amazing and I remember being so annoyed it didn't get #01! :(

At first I thought it was a bit generic but then I grew to love it and it's become one of Sugababes' best singles for me even if it is a bit overplayed now :P

One of the only songs ever to debut at my chart at #01 :o [Along with Rihanna, Britney Spears and most recently Ashlee Simpson]. I loved this from the getgo and even if it has became vastly overrated and overplayed I still love it and I think it will become a classic

AMAZING comeback single. I couldn't have imagined it anymore perfect than this, the beat and the intro of ''It's Britney b**ch'' just make this song amazing  The only bad thing about it was its tacky performance and video of it! :( Still shoulda been a huge #01 hit for her I think, it's amazing enough to deserve it.

Well it was expected really, it's my longest running #01 ever as well as my longest chart runner ever spending a total of 40 weeks on my chart and it's still in there suprisingly! The song was just amazing and I don't think anyone could of expected the success she had with it! I'm glad it did so well for her and I hope she's my YTD #01 for a third year running next year [last year was ''Unfaithful'' at #01, ''SOS (Rescue Me)'' at #03, ''We Ride'' at #34]
