There's a plan to introduce it again this season

but I don't think we'll know the full history about it until the end of Lost...

i think all of our questions will be awnsered by the end of season 6 aka the end of lost becuase they seem to know where they are going with the series now and having said how many episodes left they must have the end roughly planned out and ready to awnser are questions.

They've said in interviews they've got it all mapped out, well, the big details anyway, and they've stated the plans for Season 5 and Season 6 in interviews too. But these finer details, they've not got sorted out at all in my opinion. They keep changing their minds about stuff all the time. For example it was said in Season 1 Lost would be nothing to do with time travel. :heehee:

 

 

EXCELLENT twist I must say, although they're playing a dangerous game mixing flash forwards and flashbacks together. Was very well crafted though. The spoilers were wrong about the Oceanic 6. :P I think Aaron is one of the Oceanic 6 as Jin certainly isn't. I don't believe Jin is dead either, until I see him actually die I won't believe he's dead. I fully believe he's still on the island. The date of his death on the memorial was the date of the crash.

 

Loved the Michael return. Thought it was very well crafted. More WTF moments this episode though, like what the doctor meant when he said the boat was moving (or something like that) and what happened for the blood stain to appear in the room, reminded me of the stain in the hatch...

 

Next weeks episode looks v.good too. US promo certainly is hyping the episode up and the sneak peaks are VERY interesting.

The twist really confused me TBH. I thought that Jin's flashback was a flashforward and that he'd gotton off the island somehow but wasn't allowed to see Sun. Only right at the end of the episode did it click. I don't like the mixing of flashbacks and flashforwards...like you say, it's a dangerous game to play.

 

It was a pretty good episode though although I really wanted Regina to have a bigger role...can't believe she topped herself...shame, I thought she had potential to be a cool character.

 

As for the boat moving, sounds like it is being dragged towards the island...

Regina's death served a purpose though! It shows that everyone on board the freighter is going crazy, is only a matter of time before something major happens imo...

 

Has been confirmed the Oceanic 6 are Sayid, Jack, Kate, Sun, Hurley and Aaron.

The freighter people are weird weird weird. I just don't get it at all at the moment. The doctor is sleazy and creepy, the captain is a handsome not to be trusted rogue, the crew are smarmy and smug, and then everyone seems to hate each other.

 

The thing about Aaron being one of the Oceanic 6 proposes a few questions to me. Everyone knows the Oceanic 6 like celebrities, so surely it would be known that Kate wasn't pregnant before she landed on the island. Therefore part of their cover story must be how Kate gave birth to Aaron because everyone thinks he is her son, so maybe the world thinks that Jack is the father, hence why he was so reluctant to see the baby and also why the prosecution knew that Jack loved Kate. I realize there's a few holes in that theory but...

There were little hints throughout the episode though. I didn't pick up on them when I watched it, but they were there, like the size of Jin's mobile phone and also the year of the dragon statement from the guy in the toy store.

i thought it was another great episode!

 

the mixing of flash backs and forwards confuded me i sort of though alternate universes, if they did that i would be tottaly confused. i wished we saw micheal more but i guess we will see him loads next episode. i dont belive Jin is dead, mainly becuase his grave had the date of the crash so i reckon he is still on thie island.

anyone else notice 'Kevin's' very breif appearence before he got introduced to Sayid and Desmond

Claire? - Kate has Aaron in the future so unless Claire stays on the island but decides she want s Aaron to not be on the island she must die and then Kate takes care of Aaron.

I don't think it'll be a main character IF someone dies. It's been said in the promos in the US but they're mis-leading. The promo shows gun fire though so...who knows. Is most likely to be one of the freighter people who dies imo.

Excellent episode. The Libby stuff was pretty creepy, especially when he imagined her as the nurse! The episode explained why Jack can't commit suicide too, and I think I definitely think Michael is the one in the coffin now (unless the producers change their minds).

 

Nice cliffhanger too. Was hinting that it was The Others who shot them, but i'm pretty sure it was the freighter people...shame it's 4 weeks till we'll find out!

I'm not keen on her character, but I don't think she's dead. There's still a lot of information about Danielle to seen, like how Ben managed to end up with Alex etc.

Nah I definitely think it was the freighter people. It was set up by the writers to look like it was the Others, but why the need to sniper them if they were part of the Others? Would have been much easier to shoot them in cold blood. We saw Frank leave in the helicopter in episode 7 so I definitely think he's taken some of the mercenaries on the freighter to begin a genesis on the island.

 

I have it recorded, so will watch it later tonight. Does anyone know when the rest of the season will be shown on Sky One. It better not be as far away as September <_<
