Vh1 will be presenting a very special New Year's show which will feature the Top Artists of 2007 as chosen by you. You can vote for the likes of Nelly Furtado, Kanye, Justin Timberlake, Fall Out Boy, Avril Lavigne and plenty more...100's more in fact. We give you THE list of 2007 and you vote for your 1 TOP ARTIST of 2007!
