yup, I cannot abide ironing and rarely iron

my hubby irons his shirt for work every morning, I recall how eager it made him to buy a decent steam iron!

My men bought me a dishwasher for Christmas once. They had to wash up beween them at that time. Needless to say, they changed their minds abour presenting it to me as MY present. Now, instead of leaving the washing up, they leave loading and unloading the dishwasher. I found having a long bath at dinner time because there are dirty dishes around gets them cleared as they do like their food.

I should be thinking up a short brick message.

Bed.... I should be going to bed. My father-in-law is in bed and if we don't find him stumbling in the house or falling out of bed in the next half hour, we should be fine.

I should be going out but haven't budged as yet today.

That's a shame, BT. I get out whenever I can. I do love walking in the sunshine - even if I can't stay out for long.

I'm off to bed.

If there's any sunshine, I'd enjoy walking too. Someone should lift Scotland up and reattach it to Europe.

We seem to have had a very good January and February.

 

Goodness knows what I should be doing but, I'm sitting here waiting for my father-in-law to need me, instead.

I'm waiting too. Waiting for my solicitor to call to discuss tidying up my Will a bit.

It's been greyer this pm. Still, it's not cold or wet and it is February and we did have some sun this morning. I can't complain.

I'd love another warm and sunny day tomorrow but, as there's no cloud, it is colder tonight. The bunblebees are out which is very sad.

The horrid weather was really giving me the blues............................ until last week's announcemnt.

 

The weather isn't any better but now there's a spring in my step and negative thoughts get shown the door any time they come to call.

I hateto say it BT but, it's another lovely, warm, sunny spring day here. 55 days until the first date they are selling tickets for.
