My sympathies Paul. I know what that is like. I had the same problem on Tuesday. My daughter went to Prague and I had to wake her at 3am so it wasn't worth going to bed. I finally went to sleep at about 4.40am but woke again at 7am and couldn't get back to sleep.

The winds here kept me awake - I'll sleep tonight though.
