Mine was the 3 for £1 Mars eggs - a lot less sweet than creme eggs. The idea was to have one and save the others. Well, I just shan't tell anyone they nearly had an egg.

They are becoming even more noticable - so I don't really have to think about them.

I've been very good and I haven't bought one creme egg despite every day temptation.

I should be making something for my lunch but I just don't know what I fancy. It'll be dinner time before I decide and then I won't need to. I opened the fridge, freezer, cupboards etc. and just closed them again.

I had things I wanted finished by today. Sometimes, the combinations are interesting.

Did you ever see that Food Poker game on TV. It was amazing what those chefs could produce from the most unlikely combinations of ingredients.
No, I didn't. I don't watch cookery programs as I've always just looked at what I have and made something with it. I seem to have always been cooking. It's funny now, as often, it's just the family but, I used to always have extra people at meal times
Reading my book in bed. I'm surprised that Rhet is in it so little - yet leaves such an impression.
Oh dear, I want Rhett to be in it more than just a little.
He is in a lot of the crucial plots but it really is Scarlett's story. I'm up page 800 and something and they have just married. We've also found that he has a legal ward that he regularly visits and always supports. We also find that Belle had a baby. At the moment I'm wondering if his ward is her son. I'm glad I red this, apart from wanting to have Rhett in it more. He's a very clever man of action - not always 100% nice but, I'm beginning to feel that if you had to rely on any one person in this story, it'd have o be him.
I should go and buy a non sticky keyboard so I know all my a and ts are going to appear. Also, the keys may be seen in the order I press them, not when the key actually manages to complete going down.

How could he be in it all the time?

It just wouldn't be believable.

Rhett's supposed to be a gallant blockade runner and make frequent visits to Paris and London, not to mention the time he spends in a Yankee jail. I'm sure in the film he says his money is in Liverpool.

I wonder if Scarlett's other children will appear in this production. Rhett was a stepfather as well as a father. He's supposed to be very good with the children. No acting required from Darius.

He's lovely with them in the book. Much bettr than Scarlett. Silly girl throwing him away.
Takimg my book to bed. Talk to you tomorrow. Although, saying that, I will be out quite a bit of the day.

Would you like to know what it says in Rhett Butler's People about his 'ward'?
