Posted December 17, 200717 yr Injured Emma Bunton managed to perform at the Spice Girls comeback gig thanks to special shoes made for her by Roberto Cavalli, she has revealed. She appeared at the O2 Arena on Saturday night despite having sprained her ankle last week. “Roberto’s absolutely amazing," she said before the show. "He’s made me a pair of padded boots and a pair of soft sandals so I can get through the concert. "I'm also being cared for by David Beckham's doctor," Bunton added. "He's flown over from LA especially to treat me. I spent all of Thursday and Friday sitting down with my feet up."
