So I hope Enya doesn't meditate tbh. But then again, I've meditated and it is quite relaxing. ^_^ But whoever this woman is doesn't sound that genuine to me. :(

Meditation is good..I do it when I can get myself to focus.

I don't think it ever actually worked properly for me. Some people actually do drift away into "another world" don't they? :o Have you ever done?

It depends on what the definition of "another world" is.
