I hope not, with the flop headlines was, i really don't want them to risk ruining the spice girls name anymore lol. They should leave it as it is and have this tour as a goodbye to the fans.

This is strange news - as Emma Bunton said the other day they were not planning on doing anything else after the tour

However I would love it if this happened!!!

No, and I hope not too! It will NOT work! Don't do it!
I would like it to happen, but at the same time i hope it doesnt because it will probs flop, they should go out on a high
I thought it had already been said that the reunion was for the tour and the tour only. Personally I think it's highly unlikely that Spice Girls will make another album and I hope they don't. Headlines and Voodoo weren't the most amazing of tracks in comparison to early material and I fear that another album would be the same type of stuff. The girls could end up doing their reputation little good and as Lukuzz said it'd be much nicer for them to go out on a high than a flop!

i think it could work if they worked with the best in industry!

If they would work with some top producers (The Neptunes, Timbaland, Ying Yang Twins, and so on) and songwriters, I think they could carry on for a few years longer, and THEN go out on a real high.

Headlines was not a flop, and its an OK song, but it was slightly disappointing in terms of charting...I had expected at least #1 in the UK and most European countries.

Imho, they should have invested more in some remixes of it, at very least a Dance remix to release to the clubs, and another remix featuring a rapper for US release ^_^ Sales of the album and single would certainly pick up if those two remixes came out, and we would see it at least in top 10 all over.

After that, they should continue touring and record a new album, with some fresh HOT material, building on all their solo work and their own career in the 90's (lets face it, Headlines was inferior to alot of the older stuff).

Please no... :(

Its the end. They dont need to prove anything else. Even if the new songs were of the same quality as their earlier hits there just isnt a place for them thesedays bar touring.

They were a 90's thing and in my opinion should stay there.

Just a rumour here but i heard apparently Voodoo is getting a release, supposedly the video is going to be live and promo CD's have already been sent out.

I like Voodoo - much better single then Headlines

And I think there DEFINATLY is a call and a place for the girls in 2008

By the way dont take what i said too like seriously because as i said its jsut a rumour ive heard. I think they should leave things as they are, a new album would be great but if they make any slight mistakes the press will tear into them as much as they can.
No, I seriously doubt they will record anything else. I think they've had their day now. The new single has done badly and the album hasnt even sold half a million. I would imagine the record company are disappointed by the poor sales. They probably made most money through the touring.
