Well I've been rooting for Alesha from Day 1 so I'm not going to change my loyalty now.

 

Matt is good when he's on form (like yesterday) but he's too inconsistent because of his nerves. Alesha has been brilliant throughout. Alesha to win!

I voted Alesha and Matthew for both, if Matt wins I'll be so annoyed, he's quite a dire dancer. No way did he deserve 4 10's on Saturday. I'm gutted Camilla and Gethin are out over him.

I've been wanting Alesha to win from Day 1. She has been the best celebrity dancer SCD has ever had, therefore it would be a travesty if she does not win this Final.

 

However, Matt when on form can be brilliant, but has been far too inconsistent. However, llike Leon in XF4, I can see the female teens reward Matt with a completely undeserved win. Personally, I thought Gethin was the best male celebrity dancer of this series not Matt.

I cant believe Gethin went! He is such a better dancer than Matt imo.

 

It has to be Alesha! But with the X-Factor shocker last night i dunno what to expect :|

Alesha deserves to win as she has been consistantly good all series, whilst Matt has had a few bad weeks due to his nerves. However, he was absolutelly fantastic last night, and defintly deserves to be in the final 2 based on last nights two performances. Gethin is very good and deserved top 3, but at his best he was never as good as Matt at his best imo, especially last night.

 

I am not hugely into dancing and did'nt watch SCD before this series, and I can definatly say I am looking forward to watching next weeks final alot more than I did the X Factor. I never thought I'd say that, but the XF was just dire this year, it only had one truly great singer (Rhydian), whilst Strictly has had loads of great dancers and the final consists of two top contestents as opose to only one. No silly sob stories either. The judges are also alot more entertaining to watch, and are not irritating little drama queens like Louis bloody Walsh.

I want Matt to win, but I think it should be Alesha as she's such an amazing dancer.

 

I don't really get all the Gethin love? His performances have been quite boring to watch. His recent ones bar one or two have been a bit OTT. His paso wasn't worth a 10 at all. Len always over-marks just to be liked <_<

I'm loving it :o I think it's going to be really close between Alesha and Matt- but I think Alesha might just edge it.

I've just watched the first half.

 

So far Matt has raised his standards, whilst Alesha has looked tired and seems to be lacking the spark of previous weeks. The pressure of being easily the best dancer & hot favourite seems to be telling.

 

Therefore I think it is a very close call at the moment, although I expect Matt to easily win, due to the female & Eastenders fanbase who know about as much about judging Dancing talent as the Scottish & young female voters did last week with Leon winning XF4.

That's a good point Ricky; my mum was saying she thinks Matt will win due to him being in EastEnders and generally being a bit good looking.

Well I have to say, I am shocked at how close this is :o I NEVER expected Matt to be so brilliant :o I thought Alesha was going to walk it. It has been a billion times more entertaining than the dreadful X Factor final, and untlike that final, whoever wins will have bloody earned it as both have been brilliant tonight, although Alesha not as good as she usually is, but still brilliant obviously.

 

It would be a shame if Matt wins and then people blame it on him being in EE etc, because he really has raised his game tonight and is definatly up there with Alesha on this night.
