Who is the best Live singer

 

Whilst this series of X-Factor was ongoing, both judges Simon Cowell & Louis Walsh ridiculed the Spice Girls and their ability to sing live. Both stating that if they auditioned for X-Factor they would not get through the auditions. Well Simon Cowell did turn down the opportunity to sign them to BMG back in 1996.

 

So now that X-Factor is over let's compare the live vocals of the Spice Girls singing a former Xmas #1 from 1996 & this year's winner of X-Factor with the probable Xmas number 1 this year.

... But Leon Jackson is going to be #1, and is supposedly according to the British public the best talent out of 100,000 acts who auditioned for the top British talent show X-Factor.....

 

So are you saying that Simon Cowell and the Great British public are wrong.

 

After all the British public gave more votes to Leon than Rhydian. Therefore he must be a much better singer than Rhydian. :rofl:

 

After all Simon Cowell did say after this performance that this group are better than any British girl group going at the moment:

i think Leon is better then Victoria, Mel B and Geri but not as good as Emma or Mel C lol

I can't vote.. they are both not able to sing live in my opinion.. maybe Emma and Mel C are able, but Geri, Victoria and Mel B aren't

Even Victoria sang better than Leon did on that GMTV ordeal.

Leon is shockingly bad so Spice Girls win by default

Erm I agree this performance of WYB is quite awful :(

 

But it's obvious this song doesn't fit Leon's voice. How could you blame it though, it's not his choice to sing it, you can only blame Simon and the people behind this awful choice.

It's like if you had given the Crazy Frog song to Leona last year, it would have been awful! lol

 

With right choices and good songs, he could sound great :) He just has to find the good producers.
