I THINK if you download it separately (i.e from the album) then it charts separately, if you buy it as a single it comes as a bundle with both songs included for the same price. I think this is right, hence why Shayne Ward charted at #2 with his double A but as soon as his album came out 'If That's OK With You' charted separately.

 

Yeah, that's more or less it.

 

As the downloads can't be combined for a chart placing (that's cheating, obviously) the record company have to nominate one of the songs that can have individual downloads added to it's physical sales. In most cases that's the song listed first.

Download sales of the other song will chart separatley.

 

It's very confusing which is why AA sides are becoming quite rare.

Girl overboard is the best on the album... can't speak french is very good and should go top 10 for a 3rd single... if gir overboard is 4th, it is that good that it will secure another top ten singe... the video for girl overboard would be amaze too :(

I think it'll be the worst travesty since Graffiti my soul not being released if they dont release Close to love. Its probably in my top 3 aloud tracks.

yes graffiti my soul is immense as is Close to Love and Girl Overboard (which should have both defo been singles!)

Yeh although WWTNS was an awkward album for choosing singles. Love machine and jump were huge songs for GA, Ill Stand By You was another no1 and wake me up was very popular too (number 4 for a fifth single). The only single that Graffiti My Soul should have replaced is the show. That would have been no1 for sure.

I love this track and am glad they are taking a risk in releasing it because it's quite different! :wub:

^^ nothing yet, it will be filmed at the end of this month though, that has been confirmed.

 

Pictures of the video will probably be released very soon after it is filmed though. The tabloids had pics from SNNN and CTS straight after the video recording.

Hope its a good video, and hope they have another single out by the end of may / early june to promote the tour - preferably Girl Overboard!

They wouldn't want to lose the recognition and respect they are gaining at the moment, so I can't see them releasing another "SKO" video...

I doubt it will be much of a war tbh. :lol: Sugababes will probably miss top 10 and GA should get there as usual, although I think in the lower half.

Not too fussed on 'Denial' they have much better singles on the album, 'Can't Speak French' is superior imo

And See The Day for me is magical :wub: Everytime I hear it performed live I get a shiver down my spine. When I saw them perform it on the CHemistry tour I was :wub: Nadine especially :wub:
