Posted December 29, 200717 yr Did anyone else see this?? I thought it was so so so amazing :D The Nan was the best sketch, and I cant believe Lauren died  to the part with "I'll be missing you" - sooo funny!! It was brill lol, best show she has done what did everyone else think?
December 29, 200717 yr I watched a bit of it. ^_^ I loved it all. Especialy the Martin & Georgie scenes. Great comedy.
December 29, 200717 yr I thought it was okay but not as good as last year's one or whenever the other one was. Georgie was hilarious tho and the bit with Lauren at the end was funny. But that's about it! Nan was quite disappointing I thought. -_- Edited December 29, 200717 yr by superbossanova
December 29, 200717 yr I'll miss the Martin and Georgie scenes, they are so funny. It makes me laugh how she always puts his daughter down
December 29, 200717 yr Please make it stop! Like Little Britain, it was good for two series but has quickly run out of new ideas and has become a crude, full mouthed parody of itself. Mind you George Michael was hilarious....
December 29, 200717 yr I didn't like it as much as last years........Bernie was great though.... Loads of complaints about it too......see... Edited December 29, 200717 yr by shiv
December 30, 200717 yr I downloaded this and watched it... Probably laughed about twice during the whole 40 mins.... -_- If this woman was as actually talented as she thinks she is, she might be half as good as Dawn French or Victoria Wood..... -_-
December 30, 200717 yr She's so damn funny; such a natural entertainer. I also think the show has lasted in a way Little Britain didn't and hopefully it'll be back in 2009 or something. ^_^
December 30, 200717 yr She's so damn funny; such a natural entertainer. I also think the show has lasted in a way Little Britain didn't and hopefully it'll be back in 2009 or something. ^_^ Sorry, but saying the "f" word several hundred times in just about every sketch you do, just doesn't make you "naturally funny", or particularly "edgy"... It betrays a lack of imagination more than anything... The Alternative Comedians of the 80s didn't need to resort to such cheap shock tactics, they were scathing, challenging, brutal at times, but never, ever wanted for imagination.... You think Tate is such hot sh"t, I might suggest you check out Alexei Sayle's "Stuff", "Absolutely" or the old "French and Saunders" shows from the 80s/90s sometime.... Compared to stuff like "Smack The Pony", "Peep Show", "Green Wing" or "Swinging", Tate is just utter garbage.... You want truly brilliant comedy actors...? Any episode of "Green Wing" will give you just about the best examples of comedy acting it has ever been my experience to witness on British television - true genius, true, natural talent and brilliant, razor sharp comic timing, especially the likes of Michelle Gomez (Sue), Tamsin Greig (Caroline) and Mark Heap (Statham)... Brilliance....
December 30, 200717 yr I just can't see what people see in this woman - She's so not funny and and can't act either :puke2: To think she's in Doctor Who this next series - I'm one viewer that this great programme has lost. I might watch the episodes that Billie Piper and Freema Agymen are in. Edited December 30, 200717 yr by Euro Music
December 30, 200717 yr Talking of Little Britain, they are making a new series of the show, with all the characters and that, just wanted to pop that in there. :P And Catherine Tate, listening to, "I aint bovvered", it's just not funny.

December 30, 200717 yr Sorry, but saying the "f" word several hundred times in just about every sketch you do, just doesn't make you "naturally funny", or particularly "edgy"... I didn't say it does...in fact it's the only thing that lets her show down, though its not in every sketch at all. Michelle Gomez (Sue), Tamsin Greig (Caroline) and Mark Heap (Statham)... Brilliance.... I do love Tamsin Greig and Michelle Gomez, though Mark Heap's character doesn't click with me at all.
December 31, 200717 yr Mark Heap's character doesn't click with me at all. I'd frankly be a bit worried if the creepy, pervy, totally venal Dr Statham did click with you mate.... He's not supposed to be likeable or anything, you cant deny that Heap's acting and portrayal of the character is utterly superb though, he really does get under your skin....
December 31, 200717 yr Haha Alan's an absolute legend, I'd have him any day of the week. Especially on the episode where he plans to jump out and play his...flute thing (can't remember what he calls it! Sopranino or something?) to turn Joanna on but Harriet comes in instead ahahahahahahaha. "DIRTY...FILTHY...MAN SPITTLE." aahaha Edited December 31, 200717 yr by Chemical_Halo
