Posted December 30, 200717 yr There is the most gorgeous picture of Darius in Now magazine this week. Probably I think one of the best of him. It is an article on reality stars who have done well. He gets very good write up finishing up by saying he is holed up in LA writing his third album.Sorry nmo good at posting pictures but have a look if you get the chance in the mag.
December 30, 200717 yr Thanks, Preston. Tbh, I usually totally ignore the celeb mags it just so happens that I'll need something light to pass the time on the train tomorrow as I'm told there are works and expected delays on the west coast line ( again!), so maybe I'll get it............ just this once.
December 31, 200717 yr Author I assumed it was the current one, it has Mel B and Kelly from strictly come dancing on the front.I saw it in Morrisons. So sorry. Will recheck on the way out tonite.
January 1, 200817 yr It was in the winter edition of the magazine produced by the makers of 'Now'. It had a small picture and mostly the same as his bebo write up. Nice to see him in the winners part - well. we knew he was.
January 3, 200817 yr It was in the winter edition of the magazine produced by the makers of 'Now'. It had a small picture and mostly the same as his bebo write up. Nice to see him in the winners part - well. we knew he was. As news is scarce and I managed to get a copy of this magazine, I will elaborate on what Meg has posted :) The magazine was titled 'Reality TV Now' Issue 8 Winter 2007 of the Now Specials Series! - and Darius was listed under 'the celebs whose star has risen since they went on reality telly' I'm afraid I don't know how to post pictures  but, as Preston says, the photo is really lovely (even though he does look a little tired round the eyes)!! The write-up is as follows: 'After missing out on a spot in Hear'Say on Popstars, Darius returned to reality telly with solo ambitions, this time coming third to Will Young and Gareth Gates on Pop Idol. "I'm the guy who stood up to the judges and said I'd have a No.1 single and a platinum album by the time I was 35," he says. "I then turned down Simon Cowell's £1 million record deal and carved my own path, achieving my goal before I was even 25." With lead roles in West End musicals Chicago and Guys and Dolls under his belt, the 27 year-old Scottish-Persion singer-songwriter is currently holed up in a studio in LA recording his third album.' Nothing we didn't already know, I'm afraid, but good to see him in a magazine again!! Julie
