Posted December 31, 200717 yr Saw this posted on UKBritney.tv, and then checked some release notes at a store I work at here in New Zealand (JB Hi Fi - a music/dvd/electronics place), and it indeed seems like there is a plan for a deluxe edition of 'blackout' to be released mid 2008. A special deluxe edition of "Blackout" is reportedly due to be released on 17th June 2008, according to an internal document detailing new releases for 2008 from ProMusicae Spain, the official company representing the Spanish recording industry; a coallition of record companies and retail stores nationwide. The document lists information about forthcoming releases and provisional release dates and features Britney in the SonyBMG section, saying the release will be a "special edition," including the original critically acclaimed album, alongside 4 new songs, remixes and a DVD documenting the production of 'the riskiest project of Britney's career'. -BB.org
December 31, 200717 yr I saw this about a couple days ago on UBritney but didn't know if it'd be legit or not. I guess time will only tell. My guess is the bonus tracks would be the ones we already know about and are already on iTunes. It'd be nice to get something new though and some new cover art! The DVD could be interesting too.
