Does anybody know what the follow-up will be to bleeding love? I'm hoping for take a bow or better in time.

I don't know what it is. I think it might be "First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" since it's been played on adverts before and she sang it on the Diva show. That's just my theory though. I hope it's Take A Bow or Whatever It Takes.

Hmm I thought that the general consent was that they only played First Time Ever I Saw Your Face because its a well-known song and showcases her voice. But I really hope it's not her next single because it really isn't the best song on the album by a long shot!

 

I hope Take A Bow, but I can't see them announcing anything for a while yet. I mean, Bleeding Love is still top 3. :o

They won't release "First Time", she's trying to get away from doing covers. I hope it will be WIT or TAB. :)

I really hope they dont release "first time". Its been covered to death. Celine Dion released it a while back and it didnt do well. Its a boring, bland song.

I would like the singles to be:

 

Take A Bow :heart:

Whatever It Takes - they should definitely release this in Summer, but maybe that's just me! :lol:

Then it gets hard... The Best You Never Had?

My order is:

 

2nd/3rd TAKE A BOW

2nd/3rd what ever it takes

 

I think these two have very good radio appeal whereas homeless/footprints may not get as much airplay. I also think they are the edgy and show a different side to her which we want to keep the momentum going after bleeding love.

 

4th single:

 

Footprints in the sand or homeless

 

5th single:

 

I will be or better in time

 

If 6th then:

 

better in time or best you never had

Take A Bow or Whatever It Takes. They're not necessarily my favourites but I think they're the most commercial and will give Leona the most success. Still I think this project is going to be REALLY dragged out because she's going to the US soon and she's going to have to juggle both sides of the Atlantic. Keeping in mind that part of the reason Bleeding Love was so huge was because of the mammoth promotional blitz she went on...

I'm hoping it isn't Whatever It Takes. For some reason it is one of my least favourites on the album yet everybody else seems to love it.
