Well somebody had to come last so bring on Fergie. 'Big Girls Don't Cry' was the 3rd top ten hit in the UK from her album 'The Duchess' reaching #2 in July behind Rihanna's 'Umbrella'. The track went on to spend 5 months in the UK top 40. It wasn't too popular here though receiving -10 points from 5 people and comes last by a very long way.

Well tbh I expected this track to be MUCH higher than this. The title track of Gwen's 2nd solo album saw her score her biggest hit since 'Don't Speak' with No Doubt a decade ago... The song of course features Akon and comes complete with a Rapunzel esque video.

I know lots of people loved the song but I am so glad to see Gwen Stafani at number 19!

Helped into the top 10 by it's usage in the hit teen drama 'Skins'. The Gossip provide a bit of a different style to the final 20. Looks like they'll be relegated to One Hit Wondersville though as none of their other releases have managed to set the chart alight. I was surprised this made it through and also pleasantly surprised that it didn't finish last.

One of only 2 songs not to receive any negative points at all. 'Lil Star' returned Kelis to the top 5 for the 5th time in her chart career after the poor start to her 'Kelis Woz Ere' album's chartlife last Autumn. The track features Cee-Lo of Gnarls Barkley fame and imo is one of those songs that isn't particulary hated but is just seen as likeable by most people. It deserved higher. :(

Last one for now :P 2007 saw the return of Kylie Minogue with her first studio album since 2003. Ironically the record was called 'X' as it was also the 10th studio release from the Australian pop princess. The title track '2 Hearts' wasn't as massive as expected but is still a good track imo and finishes where I expected it to tbh.

I hate the Arctic Monkeys normally but this is an ace tune! It was a big hit in summer 2007 when it made #5 on the singles chart. I was shocked when it made it through and it seems like it could've done a lot better if people didn't have it in for the track for some reason. 9 people put it at #1 in their chart and another 7 gave it negative points - the most for any song in the 20.

Im quite impressed we managed to get them to finish above Kylie & Gwen!

Ace tune from the monkeys :D

Arctic Monkeys is by far my favourite track in the list. Is the best musically and lyrically in my opinion.

2007 saw the shop window doll with the poshest singing voice in pop return to the charts with her 3rd album 'Trip The Light Fantastic'. A very undeserving flop imo as was this superb single taking stalker's anthem to a whole new level. The single peaked at #8 before falling fast down the chart with its two followup releases missing the top 20.

I think Kelis should have been a lil higher :D

Love the track!!!

Two of the best tracks, Standing in the Way of Control and Fluorescent Adolsecent (interestingly enough the only two indie tracks on this list -_-) are already out. Pfft. BJ has c**p taste sometime.

I'll only be really happy if Kate Nash wins now.
