Well, they seem positive about a new album. I think Gary is a working maschine who just cannot stop  . I hope they will take time for the new album. The third one is always a little bit tricky !

I am actually watching the Electric Proms now - to see what all the fuss is about Robbie. He is extraordinarily ... ordinary. He's just plain ... ordinary! I am so glad I'm watching it ... there is nothing to fear from him at all. I'm ashamed that I ever felt there was anything to be threatened by!

Now on to Starstruck! Very, very dated! That girl singer at the beginning was quite nice though.

Hey ... the nice thing about Rob is ... you know insincerity when you see it. I'm annoyed that he ever mentioned Gary tonight.

Well I managed to stay with this until the end ... glad I did ... it ended up being OK, not great ... but OK and a solid confident return. I'm pretty sure though, after seeing his sober appearance last night ... that he was definitely on some sort of substance at XF. Glad that he's back to his confident and cocky self though - hopefully it may make him tour again during 2010/2011. Still don't reckon much to the album though - not nearly as great as Mark and Gary have been making it out to be. The tattoo thing was just ridiculous ... mind you ... I don't like tattoos.

No, i decided that i won't look it and i will generally ignore the artist. I got quite upset abot Robbie forums, and i told you that if someone want to make me apart from an artist must be a zealous fan then. Well, they did it to put me off, and i mean it.

I will come tomorrow with news and gossip from the West End Little Voice. Mark was there. I am curious if the press will have something to say about his song.

I'm going to London in a few weeks - so I may take in the 'Little Voice' show. However ... I think I've said ... I'm really not too fond of musicals ... I'd rather watch a serious play like Priestley's 'An Inspector Calls'. Daniele - I don't know why you get so worked up about Mark not being acknowledged ... I take him as a serious player ... I do like his stuff ... and you can tell the tracks on The Circus that he has been most involved with. Apart from Julie ... Mark's stuff is the best. Even, on this album, better than Gary's input.

Lol, Kathy, i know that you appreciate him. I was teasing you, as i know that you won't like Julie for ever  .

About Mark being generally acknowledged, i disagree. I bet even on TT forums there are a lot of people who thinks that only Gary writes the songs. Read the press, read what other artists says....how many don't say that only Gary is the writer and the genius here.

Hehe, everybody from the glam pop wants a song with/from Gary, every "serious" producer, songwriter or singer wants to work or do a collaboration with the exTT singer and what does Mark get? Well, the fourth place of X factor  . I won't write now how much recognition gets Howard and Jason ...

Little voice seems to be good, i read only one bad press about it, one ok (but which still apreciate Diana's voice, to my astonishment) and the rest are very good. Still, not a proper critic of the song cowriten from Mark.

As I've said before ... I don't like all the 'building up' that the press have been doing about Gary. I'd go as far to say that a lot of it is just made up by the press. Hopefully now that Bob is back on the scene we'll be seeing the world and his wife wants to record with him .... and Gary will be left writing songs for 'the twins' from the X-Factor!

If I'm honest ... I'm really going off music altogether now ... I've started getting back into film now. During the 90's I didn't listen to much music at all ... but I could probably give you a synopsis about every film up until the late 90's. I've been neglecting my love of film of late ... but I've just got back into it. I'll probably only post here once a week from now on ... so in between time ... if you want to catch up with me ... I'll be on IMDb!

By for now

Norma

Mmmmm, i am quite off from the films, somehow they loose the appeal on me. I look at old films and love them, but the new one are not for me. Either cheesy, or clishee, or a lot "action" and special effects. Very seldom a real family film.

I don't think the media builds up about Gary. I think a lot of artists thinks that they will get the Midas touch and a lot of publicity if they work with Gary. Only a few i feel makes that because they really want to collaborate, to make something new, something challenging. They want the press and the attention. I don't think either that the collaboration are made up. I am just curious if there is a Gary song on Cheryl album, as it will be an imenese sell judging by the sells of the single.

The circus drops 6 place sto number 67 in the UK this week, its just 6 away away now from spending a full year on the chart.

The Circus falls 7 places to number 81 this week but i can see it climbing again over the next few weeks.

The ultimate collection is still holding on quite wekk it dropped just 1 place to number 88 this week.

The Circus is back inside the top 75 again for another week! I should imagine it'll be there next Sunday ... and that RTW could be back inside the top 75 in the singles (after the CIN gig is aired).

YA I i was well happy seeing the album back in the top 75 and i agree it should be there next week aswell, it will sell i think right up to the end of x mas as the live album and dvd will net it more sales aswell, which hopefully will help push it just over the 2 million sales bench.

Id be delighted to see rule the world make a return as eventually im hoping it can pass the 700,000 sales mark.

There have been a few albums released recently by big acts and I have to say that I'm delighted that none of them has even come close to matching TTs massive first week sales for The Circus :D . I really thought that Robbie's and Leona's sales would have been higher than they are. Will be interesting to see how Susan Boyle's album does next week.

Great for The Circus ... I reckon that's probably at least another 5K sold this week. Good for RTW too - glad that this and Snow Patrol's Chasing Cars made it back in.

Ya i agree with you norma, it was a good week for take that and snow patrol as snow patrol have 3 great songs in the top 75.

Album and single sales are rising so this week should see rule the world and the circus getting a further 5,000 odd sales each, and im hoping the album can stay around now until the end of the year, all going well the album just may make that 2 million mark by the year end.
