Total sales for the Circus now stand at 1,926.078 , just 74,000 odd now away from 2 million and all going well the next 3-4 weeks should see the album make quite a good dent in the 74,000

Beautiful world is a non mover at #99

The circus dvd number 1

The Circus was released a year ago today! It's gone so bloody quick-I can't believe it :o

Good and bad news in the midweeks! TT above WL but both out of the top 10. I mean ... I expected it with TT but am shocked at WL (I'm sure there must be some missing data).

To recap on what we have for this week so far

Greatest Day live album drops 5 places to #8

The Circus non mover at #54( should have about another 8,000+ sales for that this week)

Ultimate Collection down 2 places to #65

If you've not already done so ... vote here fore Take That 'best artist of 2009'.

Lady GaGa has obviously won it (not surprisingly and to be fair ... deservedly) but it'd be nice if TT got a few more votes. I'm amazed they've got as many as they have in the 'Tour' category.

Great week

Greatest Day Live down 2 places to number 10

The Circus non mover at number 54

Ultimate Collection up 1 place to number 64

Im sure with sales being so high again this week both the circus and ultimate colelction would have each sold 10,000 or so.

Well The Greatest Day Live is number 5 in the midweeks, but even better ... the studio The Circus is number 34. As this is generally a good week for album sales (having said that ... the weather may keep people away from the shops) I reckon Take That will pass the 2 million mark this weekend for the studio album.

Im dleighted with the midweeks positions for both albums, and chances are ultaimte colelction is climbing in the lower in of the chart aswell, if the original circus stays top 40 it should hit 2 million or be very very near.

Im delighted with the live album as there is a great chance it will sell around 100,000 again this week which would bring itto around 420,000, sales again next week again could be quiet decent so they will sell half a million by end of first week of january, looks like this album could indeed go double platnum now.

Also if take that can manage to sell about 19,000 or say 20,000 to be very safe more than westlife this week they will end up higher on the year end chart than westlife, as they are currently just under 19,000 behind them. How great a live album of material from mainly 2 albums that have sold nearly 4.5 million between them will end up higher on the year end chart than a brand new album deemed as the big comeback.

This weeks update

The Greatest Day Live cd up 3 places to number 7 ( 414,450)

The Circus up 17 places to number 37

Ultimate Collection up 2 places to number 62

The live album is just 2,978 ahead of westlife now, which is great as it has been slightly behind since release.
