That total would be around 880,000 taken trickle sales into account. While the total sales are excellent i did think Rule the World had sold more overall.

 

Rule the World is down from 66 to 93 this week, glad to see it still selling a few thousand here and there, will definitely be a million seller at some point!

 

Candy goes in at number 1, so Gary has now written 12 number 1 UK singles! Both Gary and Robbie now have 14 number 1s now as well.

 

Gary is also singing on the new Chris Moyles album on a track called Insane, whilst Robbie is singing on another track called ILMP

Ya rule the world will have added 2,000 plus sales again this week which is good, all going well it will become a million seller eventually, it should happen early 2014 at the latest.

It seems like a long wait for it to become a million seller. They on estimation are 100,000 away from a millionth sale, hopefully it is song on some talent show next year that will give it a huge boost, this in addition to their own return may seal the deal on it been a million seller this time next year.

Patience must be on 800k+ now, i saw somewhere that last year it was around 790

So Gary has had 2 acts in the X factor final in 2 consecutive years! Not a bad record! Tulisa and Louis won't be saying anything for a while now!

Just a shame both the acts he has got to the final i cant stand, i didnt like Marcus at all and i cant stand christopher.

Yeah I don't like Christopher, but having never been in the bottom two he could actually win!

I too think he could win which is terrible, also im not looking forward to the duet (is that confirmed???) . Kylie is also on the show next week which i am thrilled about and i was hoping she wouldnt duet with Christopher, at least Gary has the excuse he is his mentor.

Yeah it was confirmed on the xtra factor. Mentors will be dueting with their acts again. Not sure if Nicole will sing twice but they said that she would be dueting with the two boys

Maybe one might sing with Tulisa, otherwise it will be the Nicole Scherzinger final!

While to put it mildly i dont like Chris on x factor, rule the world still got promotion in the x factor final as gary did a duet of the song with Chris so hopefully we will see the song back in the top 100 and help the song get one step further to becoming a million seller.

Chris should have never been allowed near such a fantastic song. It will be a distant memory very soon as will Christopher. The bright side of all this as you said is Rule the World will get a sales left which i welcome.

I would say its an error or maybe they are updating them.

I hope there isn't like a renewal fee due on them that the management haven't bothered to pay...

Well you say that but they haven't bothered updating anything singles wise since 2007 and the albums seem like more of an afterthought. Surely like you say it can't be down to money? Bpi should do what every other music body does and automatically certify material as soon as it hits the target and not expect money for them to release the data. It would make more sense if the labels paid a yearly fee that recovers all their acts' certifications
