Church verklaart op haar beurt de oorlog aan Pink, door haar te uitspraken als publiciteitsstunt te bestempelen. 'Ze is naarstig op zoek naar publiciteit voor haar nieuwe album.'

Volgens de zangeres is er nog een reden voor de aanval: 'Gavin heeft onlangs een aanbod van Pink om in haar videoclip te spelen, afgeslagen.'

 

Church begrijpt niet waarom Pink zich zo negatief zou willen uitlaten over Gavin. 'Na het concert heeft ze nog met Gavin geposeerd voor fotografen, en gaf hem stapels van haar cd's. Als ze zo'n hekel aan hem heeft, zou ze dat toch nooit gedaan hebben?'

The singer says there is another reason for the attack: 'Gavin turned down an offer to play in her video not so long ago'

 

Church doesn't understand why Pink is so negative about him. 'After the concert she even posed for the photagrafers with Gavin, and she gave him piles of her cd's. If she hates him so much, she would have never done that.'

Well she is quoted, so I guess she said it right. Its not a tabloid though, its from this newssite

You think because someone is quoted that means they said it? :wacko: Have you never heard of being misquoted, of context and of twisting answers to questions to suit a particular story. Also, tabloid news doesn't just appear in paper form... a website can produce tabloid journalism as well.

 

Anyway, it all sounds silly to me. I'm a fan of both of them but the tabloids do like to exaggerate Charlotte's comments :P
