January 6, 200817 yr Theoretically, she wouldn't have had a whole lot to lose by releasing 'Strung Out' if this is what happens to a single featuring a high profile singer.

January 6, 200817 yr I doubt it. She's still had a top 3 & top 20 single, and the album went top 10 as well.

Possibly, I've never known of anyone to get dropped from Universal Records for a while :unsure: Even if she did, another label will pick her up as they know she has potential ^_^

January 7, 200817 yr I wouldnt be surprised if she gets dropped, compared to her career in the suga's she's flopped big time, yeah Real Girl (single) went to #2 but everything else after that bombed, except for Song 4 Mutya but even that wasnt as big as people expected. Yeah her album went top 10 but only at #10 and it fell really fast...did it even sell 100k? I think people have lost interest in her, they were excited and curious when she first started and Real Girl was a great debut single and it was promoted really well but after that the rest of her singles didnt make much nosie. I definitley say her management is at fault for people losing interest in her, her last two singles werent even promoted well. The videos were terrible and JALB was not a good song at all. January 8, 200817 yr Wow. I honestly thought the new year slump and the fact it has the overated Winehouse on it would at least push it top 40 but that is truly terrible. :o Then again I like the song but I find it quite boring compared to the first two singles and the beautiful 'Strung Out'. Her album is just outside the top 75 though in mids :D

January 11, 200817 yr gutted...best single from the album IMO and deserves so much more, shame promo was a bit c**p, wont have helped her out have a feeling shes in trouble though, think she could get dropped if the next album/single (if either) flop like this...not good, love mutya!!!!
