I was just wondering how new Mods are decided for new AFs? Is it who requested it originally or whatnot? Just a casual query :rolleyes:

It depends really. Most of the time it's a management choice of who has expressed interest in the past. If no one has, a thread is posted asking for people who are interesting to let it be known to management and then the people that apply are whittled down.
