March 14, 200817 yr Ryan Tedder is a great talent, the songs on the OR album are fantastic and need I comment on BL. I think this sounds extremely promosing, and I do find the motzart inspired bridge interesting, although didn't Evanescence sample something like that on their last album?
March 18, 200817 yr Thought so, I was Lycramosa or something, I did check it out, it was quite a good song... Anyway Im now really hopeful for this era now, Ryan Tedder is a great new talent!
March 18, 200817 yr Lacrymosa is a great song indeed.. But wiki says the album will be out late 2008!

March 19, 200817 yr Author ^i was just thinking that, cos they still have the release date for Ashlee's new album as March 4th....
March 26, 200817 yr Well it is rumoured that Kelly will relaese around October/November, so it is possible... Some unbelievable but I happen to believe that this date for Kelly is about right.
April 1, 200817 yr Author I think considering most people didnt even know/care about the MD era. I think late 08 wont be such a bad date tbh.
April 3, 200817 yr ^ agree with that. Most people only know NA and don't even know there was an album going with it :P
April 6, 200817 yr Yeah although that time of year is a hard time for artists, sure if you debut well, you get loads of sales, but based on the poor reception to MD I think it could be hard for Kelly, without a killer first single, to debut well in the UK. Im sure she'll do well in the US though.
April 6, 200817 yr Author US is where she was born and bred. No doubt that any Kelly record is gonna do good. MD done exceptionly well considering that it wasnt really promoted  I really hope that she somehow changes her music. Was i the only one annoyed that the whole of MD was being compared to SUBG??? I think she should stick with the whole rock genre. It really suits her. She has a really strong voice that is just perfect for her type of rock. When she sung Addicted at the tour, (And Addicted is quite ballad-rock...) she had such a presence that really sent a chill up your spine and she does that really well when she does songs like that..
April 6, 200817 yr But she did promote the album in its initial weeks state side. She made quite a few appearences, singing both Never Again and Sober, even appearing on American Idol's finale, which did very little for the album. Sure the album is going to get a better response, theoretically, in the USA, but look at some of the past winners and finalists; Ruben Studdard - Dropped after 3 albums for lackluster sales and chart related activity Jordin Sparks - Sure her singles are doing fantastically, and she isn't going to be dropped, but her album debuted and peaked at #10, not great for a winner's debut! Fantasia Barrino - Her sophmore effort stalled at #20 on the charts, and although it went gold, its not the best is it? All Im saying is that Kelly needs to be careful, being a winner of idol doesnt mean she will be protected for ever from being dropped. She needs to be worth the investment as it is, she needs to have some chart success and continued sales, something she may alienate by being to artistically free.
April 7, 200817 yr Author I think RCA will have made a HUGE mistake by dropping her. And i know she isnt completely safe. Katherine McPhee came out with a killer album and still got dropped. And im sure that she will still have a record deal with Simon over at Sony BMG right??
April 8, 200817 yr Well Kelly has had more succes than the other Idols finalists hasnt she? Thankful did well because of her Idols adventure, but Breakaway did well because it's good and it had loads of promo. But MD.. :S I dunno .. The recording company messed it up
