Elvis in Spokane

August 30th 1957 and Elvis was at the Memorial Stadium, Spokane, Washington

Wearing black slacks, a black shirt and shiny bow-topped black dress shoes with his gold jacket, Elvis enters the stadium in a Cadillac through lines of police guards. He performs eighteen songs on the second half of a show that includes a juggler, tap dancers, acrobats and comedians. It attracts a crowd of 12,500.
