Where's the catch?

Perhaps it will only have a limited selection of artists/songs?

According to the Wikipedia entry for 'SpiralFog' states that songs downloaed from QTrax will only be able to be played upto 5 times, that the file format will work on very few mp3 players and that it's American so won't have a lot of the stuff people in the UK will want to buy.

 

Sounds like a waste of time to me.

I'm not a fan of P2P networks...I don't like the idea of other people having access to my files
