Posted January 26, 200817 yr Gordon Lightfoot, songwriter since the early 1960's, singer of his own material since the mid 1960's,has had one heck of a career spanning 5 decades now.... One of his nost-recorded songs is 'Early Morning Rain', done by the likes of Peter, Paul and Mary, Bob Dylan, and Elvis presley, among others.... A couple of other notable songs of his include: Sundown The Wreck of the Edmond Fitzgerald The Way I Feel If You Could Read My Mind Rainy Day People Thoughts?? Comments??
