It's bad enougth to be reduced price - and the end seats are supposed to be very bad. I've not seen the circle though. It's the safety bars and the added concrete bit as well which are the problem. If you don't mind looking round and over, you should be OK. Not perfect though. Apart from the 2 side blocks at the front sides of the stage (52 seatws) , there are only 79 seats reduced in the stalls now.

79? Are you sure? That's about only 2 rows, if even that.

The view from the circle should be fairly good. The front row is above the gangway dividing the front and back stalls. I

I do wonder how much use there will be of that track thing directly in front of the circle though.

The complete front row of the circle is reduced to the same price as the front side blocks, £50. 47 of the side stalls are reduces to £32.50.

32 of the side stall seats behind those are reduced £27.50. The side Dress Circle seats (44 seats) are all £32.50.

The view from all the other seats (apart from row I, which hasn't been reduced) is supposed to be good.

The Dress Circle overhangs the Stalls at Row R, so presumably people sitting in the back four rows

will not be able to see the walkway around the front of the circle. This makes me assume that no

really important action will take place there.......maybe the actors will use it to walk around to the

next 'station' of action.

But surely the back four rows of the stalls will see only the underside of the walkway around the front of the Dress Circle.

If nothing else, part of the effect of the set will be lost to them.

I'm confused by the whole notion of the show going on around and among the audience. I really don't want to be turning about in my seat looking here, there and everywhere and frankly if Darius is in front of me, I don't care what's happening elsewhere. I've read the book, my ears will tell me enough.

I was once in a 360 degree cinema show and I just couldn't get my head around it. My concentration was all over the place.

A friend has just rung me to say that according to the Radio Times Darius is to appear on the Paul O'Grady Show next Wednesday 9/4 at 5.p.m. (Channel 4)

Hope this is the show you are taking your Mum to, Meg. Did a little bird whisper in your ear?

I don't know how far ahead the programme is recorded.

Well we know what to expect.

There'll be a quick chat about GWTW, hopefully Darius will know that it's at the new London Theatre until the end of September(at least), and that Paul won't prattle on about the film instead or go large on the Clark Gable bit.

Then Darius will probably have to take part in some 'fun' thing and/or the competition at the end. I wonder who the other guest will be. Does it say in the RT?

The downside of the P O'G show is that the guests never sing, so we've no chance of hearing any of the music, unless D breaks out and sings a quick snatch like he did that time with Luck Be A Lady on BBC Breakfast.
It was supposed to be KT Tunstall - but she was changed to tonights live show not the 12:30 recorded. I hope TV times is right. I wonder which show it'll bemthe one recorded at 12:30 monday or the live one on Wednesday.
